Billing & Hardship Policy
(From August 1st 2018)
From August 1st, Lightspeed Internet will not be doing the “Set Payment Cycle” Method of Billing.
If you sign up on the 1st of the Month, this will always be your “Anniversary Date”. The anniversary date goes by the date you signed up to Lightspeed Internet, not the date your service goes active.
If you pay late with Lightspeed Internet we will charge a Late-Payment Fee. This will be applied to any invoices that are overdue by (7) Days. The fee is $15.00
Early Payment Bonus
You will get a bonus of a 10% Discount on your next invoice from Lightspeed Internet if you pay early. Make sure you make payment from the date the invoice was sent all the way up to 72 hours prior to receive your discount.
Payment Processing Fees
Lightspeed Internet does have these fees in-place as they are charged by our Payment Services Provider (EziDebit). These fees are added in arrears.

Cancellation of Service
Lightspeed Internet is a No-Lock in contract service. We don’t offer contracts, however we require 30 days’ notice if you do intend on leaving us for whatever reason. If you do not provide us 30 Days’ notice a $49 administration fee will be applied to your account.
